Dr. Hanz Darkov, Ph. D, formerly with NASA, was right when he claimed that planet Earth's weather anomolies were the result of not just Earthly nature, or even human behavior, but the workings of another planet. Insulted, and disgraced, Dr. Hans Zarkov was removed from NASA, but remined determined to get to the bottom of the planet attacking Earth.
